How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can easily be made online by clicking Book Online Now or by calling (866) 439-2525. A client service representative is available to assist you 7 days a week

from 8AM to 6PM. All reservations are subject to availability.

 

What about baggage?

For Scheduled Shuttle Services only, each passenger is limited to two bags plus a personal carry on item. Additional charges will apply for incremental luggage.

For Custom Shuttle, Executive / VIP Services and Charter Services the number of bags is only limited by the space available in the vehicle.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Reservations canceled within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up will be charged $35 or $50 based on reservation type.

Reservations canceled at time of pick-up or while driver is in route will be charged full price.

Reservations must be canceled 24 hours before scheduled pick-up time for no charge.

 

What is the difference between a one-way and round-trip reservation?

Just like booking an airline ticket online, GFW Shuttle Services provides our clients the ability to book a one-way or round-trip reservation. Round trip reservations for the Schedule Shuttles only, do not have to be on the same day. Round trip reservations for Custom Shuttle and Executive Services must be completed on the same day.  However, special arrangements can sometimes be made by contacting a Client Service Representative.
